Sun Simiao, is a legendary physician of the Tang dynasty who lived past 100 year-old. Alongside his medical writings, he transmitted a lesser-known set of exercises – a simple yet profound routine designed to support health, resilience, and longevity over a lifetime.
Despite Sun Simiao’s importance, this exercise set is rarely taught and even more rarely demonstrated in English. For many practitioners, it exists only as brief textual references, without clear explanation of how to actually practice it.
