Jingluo Qigong 經絡氣功

The heart and foundation of our experience of life lies in the channel system. This is an essential insight and miracle of the Neijing.

The study of the channel system must be a lived experience. To bring the channels out of the text and into our everyday life experience we use Dr Li Ding’s Jingluo Qigong.

Jingluo Qigong is a masterfully crafted qigong set designed and tested over the past forty years by Dr Li and his students. Conceived as both medicine and education Jingluo Qigong is used to follow, open and energize the entire channel system from beginning to end. Consistent practice opens, balances and harmonizes the channels building blood, qi and shen. For students the method offers a hands-on experiential method of learning the intricacies of the channel system that has no parallel.Jingluo Qigong

At the heart of the Neijing’s model of human life experience lies the six level division of movement and influence which in people is expressed in the channel system.

We use Dr Li Ding’s Jingluo Qigong as our primary method of exploring the details of the channel system.

Dr Li created his Jingluo Qigong after many years of research during which he travelled through out China meeting with experts in many different physical culture systems.

Jingluo Qigong is a masterfully crafted qigong and daoyin set that traces the entire channel system from beginning to end. It is an effective health maintenance tool that incorporates and capitalizes on the essence of two thousand years of Chinese research into using movement to nourish life.

Jingluo Qigong is also the channel system study guide and toolkit par excellence. For studying the channel system there is nothing else that can compare with using the movements and focused concentration of intention developed through this practice

Through the twelve jing mai people are born, sickness is formed, people are cured or sickness flourishes, this is the beginning of the study and this is the fulfillment of the skill. The easy of the unrefined, the difficult of the superior, please explain this separating and uniting, entering and exiting.

Qibo bowed his head twice to the floor and replied, what a wonderful question! The unrefined pass this by, for the superior it is breath, calmness and comfort. Allow me to briefly discuss this.
