Character studies

The Classical Chinese language was particularly well suited for the expression of the kinds of ideas put forth in the Neijing. Any translation into English or other western languages loses most of the effect of the orginal. The goal of the Living Neijing Project is not to translate the text, but to teach people to “speak Neijing”. This classroom is a space where particular attention can be paid to the characters that make up the text in order to illuminate their full significance and beauty, thus allowing deeper understanding of the text.
